A tal proposito vi chiediamo sin d'ora di esprimere il nome di una persona che, secondo voi, possa assicurare l'applicazione dei principi di cui sopra.

L'indipendenza degli operatori sarà totalmente garantita. Ogni fase della costruzione del progetto sarà resa pubblica nel più totale rispetto della trasparenza, attraverso strumenti di verifica diretta dei suoi finanziatori. In primo luogo attraverso la Rete, ma anche con una articolazione di comitati e di assemblee nei territori.
