VISIT TO BILGE

Il 29 aprile gli alunni delle classi 3 AB e 3BB hanno visitato la Riserva naturale della Sentina per studiare le caratteristiche di un ecosistema particolare. La Riserva è un Sito di Importanza Comunitaria (SIC) oltre ad essere una Zona a Protezione Speciale (ZPS) per il ruolo fondamentale che svolge per l'avifauna migratoria che trova nella Sentina uno dei rari punti di sosta. La vegetazione, data la sua vicinanza al mare, deve adattarsi alla salinità, al vento, alle mareggiate e, per le sue caratteristiche, cos tituisce un valido baluardo all'erosione costiera.

Guidati da Alessio, gli alunni hanno attraversato la Sentina dalla zona retrodunale nord, fino alla foce del Tronto.
